black&white ("we", "our", "us") operates this website to provide creative, branding, print, digital, electronic, and marketing services. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. By using our website, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Black & White Creative Services (“Black & White”, “Agency”) to its clients (“Client”). By engaging our services, the Client agrees to comply with the following terms.

Black & White offers services including Branding & Identity Design, Creative Advertising & Campaigns, Digital Marketing & Performance Growth, Web Design, UI/UX, Digital Experiences, and Print & Marketing Collaterals. The exact scope of work will be defined in a written proposal, quotation, or agreement shared with the Client. Any services requested outside the approved scope will be treated as additional work and charged separately.

A 50% advance payment is required prior to commencement of any project unless otherwise agreed in writing. The remaining balance must be cleared before final delivery, release, or deployment of the project. For retainer agreements, payments are due in advance on a monthly basis. Delayed payments beyond seven days may attract a late fee of 2% per month, and the Agency reserves the right to pause ongoing work until payments are settled. All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

Each project includes a limited number of revision rounds as mentioned in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will be billed separately. Any major change in direction after concept approval will be treated as a new phase of work and may incur additional charges.

Project timelines begin only after receipt of the advance payment and all required content, materials, and approvals from the Client. Delays in providing feedback, approvals, or content may result in revised delivery timelines. Black & White is not responsible for delays caused by third-party vendors, platforms, or service providers.

The Client agrees to provide accurate, lawful, and properly licensed content including text, images, trademarks, and other materials. The Client shall designate a single point of contact for effective communication and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.

All intellectual property rights of the final deliverables will be transferred to the Client only upon full and final payment. Black & White retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials for promotional purposes. Editable source files will be shared only if included in the original agreement or purchased separately.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. Such information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.

Any third-party costs including but not limited to printing, media budgets, domain registration, hosting services, stock assets, fonts, plugins, or influencer fees will be charged separately unless explicitly included in the proposal.

While Black & White applies strategic expertise and industry best practices in all marketing initiatives, the Agency does not guarantee specific results such as sales figures, ROI, or ranking positions unless agreed under a performance-based contract. Marketing outcomes are influenced by market conditions, competition, and platform algorithms beyond the Agency’s control.

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In such cases, payments made are non-refundable, and the Client will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
